Our Project Managers:inside take over from the moment of order and form the project team as certified Scrum Master together with our software architects and developers as well as with your team, the product owners. As a project platform, and thus for the documentation of the individual development steps, we use Jira ® and thus offer all project participants access and a view of the current status of the project.
Through the Scrum methodology the entire project phase receives its structure. This way, the different development steps needed to deploy your digital solution are recorded in Jira tickets. On the one hand, this secures the project documentation and, on the other hand, contributes to a good understanding of the requirement. Using the Scrum methodology, these tickets are then broken down into packages, called Sprints, divided and processed. Within each sprint, the focus is then on the respective development step. To do this, we first devote ourselves together to the Refinement, i.e. the detailed description of the respective development work.
The next step is the Development work as such. With your contribution, the product tests and your acceptance of the respective tickets, the sprint is completed and the quality of your requirements is assured accordingly. With the joint follow-up of the sprints, we work on a constant optimization of the cooperation, the common understanding as well as the common goal achievement.
