Technical specifications of the deployment planning

NEO Schedule can integrate requirements from SAP PM, SAP CS, SAP S4/HANA Service, C/4 Service Cloud and SAP PS in the standard. Personnel information, such as availabilities, shift schedules, absences and qualifications, can be integrated from SAP HCM and from ATOSS.

NEO Schedule includes a comprehensive extension concept that allows extensions to be made to the integration interfaces, the application logic and also the user interfaces without losing the release upgrade capability.

  • On-Premise: NEO Schedule – consisting of Fiori frontend and ABAP backend – is installed and operated directly in the customer’s own SAP system (SAP ECC and S/4HANA).
  • Hybrid: The NEO Schedule frontend (consisting of SAP Fiori apps) is installed in the SAP BTP, while the backend part is installed and operated in the customer’s SAP system. This variant is useful if external parties are to access the shift planning (e.g. external subcontractors).
  • Cloud: NEO Schedule – consisting of frontend and backend – is completely installed and operated in SAP BTP. The advantages here are availability via public networks and backend-independent operation, e.g., the ability to use the same network for different applications. for a multibackend scenario where different systems are integrated.
