The team at Axians NEO Solutions & Technology GmbH has been in the SAP business since 2001. The roots of these pioneers of the “SAP Mobile Business” market lie in the former NEO Business Partners, which was acquired by the Fritz & Macziol Group in 2008. In 2017, this became Axians NEO Solutions & Technology GmbH, which is part of the international Axians network.

We develop solutions for digital deployment planning and mobile handling of SAP-based field service and maintenance processes for companies in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, energy supply, medicine and health, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, and facility management. The development of new, innovative products drives us here, as do the needs and requirements of our customers and users.

Managing Director Axians NEO Solutions & Technology GmbH

In addition to his role as Managing Director, Stefan Labenski is primarily responsible for driving product and innovation management at Axians NEO Solutions & Technology GmbH. In doing so, he focuses significantly on optimizing customer service and maintenance operations. The focus of his work is the continuous further development and optimization of the NEO Suite with its seven modules.

Alexander Wassiltschenko is responsible for the Customer Service Solutions portfolio at Axians NEO Solutions & Technology GmbH. He has been involved in the optimization of SAP-based customer service/maintenance processes through the use of deployment planning solutions and mobile applications for more than 20 years. Other topics include process optimization in customer service, profitability analyses of service solutions, and the use of artificial intelligence in service processes.

As an SAP EAM consultant, Stefan Westermayr has been supporting mobile maintenance projects across all industries for over 15 years. He is team leader for SAP Consulting & Solutions and is intensively involved with optimization potentials for maintenance and service processes of customers in asset-intensive industries through new digital approaches.Furthermore, his focus is on technical and strategic consulting for customer service and asset management processes in the context of S/4HANA and SAP intelligent Asset Management.

Dr. Wolfgang Röckelein

SAP Senior Architect, Product Development

Dr. Wolfgang Röckelein is a senior software architect at Axians NEO Solutions & Technology GmbH, where he is involved in the development of NEO Suite components and in customer projects on customer service and asset management processes. He has been doing professional software development on a national and international scale since 1983, including over 20 years as a full-stack developer/architect of mobile workforce management systems and 15 years in the SAP environment.

Team Leader Project Management

Maria Heinemann joined Axians in 2022, leading the project management team as well as customer projects on NEO Suite solutions. With years of experience in customer service, sales and project management, she strikes the perfect balance of communication and organization. In her role as process owner for quality management, she creates structures for the agile processes. Maria Heinemann is certified as a project manager and Scrum Master. She has gained her professional expertise in various sectors of industry and has thus been working with different SAP modules for more than ten years.
