Spole\u010dnost K\u00f6nig + Neurath se rozhodla zav\u00e9st NEO Mobile Suite<\/a> od spole\u010dnosti Axians pro mapov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch mobiln\u00edch proces\u016f. M\u00edsto nativn\u00ed aplikace pro mobiln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se v\u0161ak spole\u010dnost rozhodla pro webov\u00e9ho klienta. “Provoz p\u0159es prohl\u00ed\u017ee\u010d zaji\u0161\u0165uje maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nez\u00e1vislost na platform\u011b. Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed toti\u017e na tom, zda pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se syst\u00e9mem Android, iOS nebo Windows. Zku\u0161en\u00fd pracovn\u00edk prodeje byl z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti osvobozen od ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, a mohl tak tvo\u0159it rozhran\u00ed s operativn\u00edm prodejem. Byl tak\u00e9 zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za organizaci a z v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti i za veden\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed. Koneckonc\u016f s nov\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm CRM muselo b\u00fdt sezn\u00e1meno celkem asi 100 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, z toho 50 jen v ter\u00e9nu. V\u00fdsledek projektu: V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed transparentnost p\u0159i kontrole<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text]”Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se star\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem nab\u00edz\u00ed nov\u00fd CRM podstatn\u011b v\u00edce mo\u017enost\u00ed, ale je tak\u00e9 slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Integrace tak\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uje p\u0159ehlednost a umo\u017e\u0148uje nastavit skute\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m controllingu prodeje. To tak\u00e9 vedlo k “v\u00fdhrad\u00e1m” n\u011bkter\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, kter\u00e9 bylo nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ekonat \u0161kolen\u00edm,” uv\u00e1d\u00ed Michael Hoppe. Po marketingu se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm slu\u017eeb, proto\u017ee v budoucnu m\u00e1 b\u00fdt na z\u00e1klad\u011b sady NEO Mobile Suite integrov\u00e1na se SAP CRM tak\u00e9 mobiln\u00ed spr\u00e1va pracovn\u00edch sil. C\u00edlem je zde integrovat nejen 15 vlastn\u00edch technik\u016f spole\u010dnosti, ale tak\u00e9 extern\u00ed poskytovatele slu\u017eeb, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou pravideln\u011b objedn\u00e1v\u00e1ni. Dal\u0161\u00edm projektem je integrace samoobslu\u017en\u00e9ho port\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl v\u00fdrazn\u011b zjednodu\u0161it zejm\u00e9na proces objedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f. K\u00f6nig + Neurath se i v t\u011bchto projektech spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na podporu t\u00fdmu SAP spole\u010dnosti Axians. “Spolupr\u00e1ce se osv\u011bd\u010dila po v\u0161ech str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch: Dokonce ani person\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bna ve veden\u00ed projektu ze strany spole\u010dnosti Axians nevedla k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu naru\u0161en\u00ed prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159echodu na nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m.
