Mezi smlouvami s kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a r\u016fznorodost\u00ed variant<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text]V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m CRM odr\u00e1\u017eel zvl\u00e1\u0161tnosti prodeje kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho n\u00e1bytku. Spole\u010dnost K\u00f6nig + Neurath prod\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm specializovan\u00fdch prodejc\u016f a dod\u00e1vky se \u010dasto uskute\u010d\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo koncov\u00e9mu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi. Existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 smlouvy s kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Tyto vztahy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt mo\u017en\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem dokumentovat. Nav\u00edc samotn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky nelze jednodu\u0161e spravovat v CRM, proto\u017ee existuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch variant. R\u016fzn\u00e9 povrchy lze nap\u0159\u00edklad kombinovat s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi barvami hran a tak\u00e9 rozm\u011bry se li\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e vede k t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nekone\u010dn\u00e9mu po\u010dtu variant s 35 000 z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi v\u00fdrobky. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu jsou v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b v syst\u00e9mu CRM ulo\u017eeny pouze skupiny v\u00fdrobk\u016f jako “sedac\u00ed n\u00e1bytek” nebo “\u0161atn\u00ed syst\u00e9my” a jejich hodnoty; specifikace prob\u00edh\u00e1 samostatn\u011b v samostatn\u00e9m konfigur\u00e1toru variant v syst\u00e9mu SAP ERP. Integrace LO-VC ze syst\u00e9mu ERP do CRM bude vyhodnocena pozd\u011bji. Krom\u011b toho bylo nutn\u00e9 p\u0159en\u00e9st i velmi prozaick\u00e9 v\u011bci, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed “seznam narozenin”. Krom\u011b spln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f specifick\u00fdch pro dan\u00e9 odv\u011btv\u00ed musel nov\u00fd CRM fungovat integrovan\u011b se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm syst\u00e9mem SAP, proto\u017ee jedn\u00edm z po\u017eadavk\u016f bylo tak\u00e9 “jedin\u00e9 m\u00edsto pravdy”, tj. aby se ka\u017ed\u00e9 datum spravovalo pouze na jednom m\u00edst\u011b. K\u00f6nig + Neurath proto doplnil krit\u00e9ria v\u00fdb\u011bru o v\u00e1\u017eenou hodnot\u00edc\u00ed matici a bl\u00ed\u017ee se zam\u011b\u0159il na dva mo\u017en\u00e9 poskytovatele slu\u017eeb pro ka\u017ed\u00fd produkt. “Na tomto z\u00e1klad\u011b se rychle uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee SAP CRM je pro n\u00e1s jedinou mo\u017enost\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru partnera byla spole\u010dnost Axians p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e1 nejen z technick\u00e9ho hlediska, ale i ‘instinkt’ byl spr\u00e1vn\u00fd,” vysv\u011btluje Michael Hoppe sv\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed. Implementace, kter\u00e1 byla zah\u00e1jena v \u00fanoru 2014, byla zalo\u017eena na dvou principech: Za ka\u017edou cenu se m\u011blo zamezit dodate\u010dn\u00e9mu programov\u00e1n\u00ed; povoleno bylo pouze \u010dist\u00e9 p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed. A d\u00e1le: projekt m\u011bl b\u00fdt proveden pragmaticky a profesion\u00e1ln\u011b, oblast po oblasti a ne najednou. “To, co jsme m\u011bli d\u0159\u00edve, m\u011blo fungovat i v budoucnu, ale integrovan\u00e9 a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm mobiln\u00ed,” shrnuje Michael Hoppe.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row ppi_row_padding=”ppi_remove_padding_top” full_width=”narrow_row”][vc_column]

Kvalita dat jako jedna z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzev<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text]Prvn\u00ed prototyp ur\u010den\u00fd k prodeji byl hotov po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b. P\u0159enos dat se v\u0161ak uk\u00e1zal jako “o\u0161emetn\u00fd”. D\u016fvodem bylo to, \u017ee data ze star\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu se hodn\u011b p\u0159ekr\u00fdvala s \u00fadaji o z\u00e1kazn\u00edc\u00edch v syst\u00e9mu SAP. Star\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nav\u00edc neobsahovalo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 povinn\u00e1 pole ani kontroly v\u011brohodnosti, co\u017e znamenalo, \u017ee se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu let nahromadilo velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdch datov\u00fdch z\u00e1znam\u016f. “Bylo naprosto mo\u017en\u00e9 zadat ‘Karl Maier’ \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v ‘Tokiu’ do ‘Ma\u010farska’. P\u0159i po\u010dtu v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 000 datov\u00fdch z\u00e1znam\u016f to vedlo k opravdov\u00e9mu silov\u00e9mu v\u00fdkonu p\u0159i p\u0159evodu.
